Some friends invited us. You need to know that this pearl exists. Everything excellent, plentiful and homemade. The mustard and eggnog are like no other. We will return to try the other dishes that we were unable to taste.

Yes ok ok, the place is certainly not a trendy place and there are none of the frills of the 45 euro a head trattorias, the ones where you get up and... in short you ate well but nothing memorable.Here the music is different, there is a landlady who is as genuine as what she cooks (and she cooks it...) that is, traditional Mantuan dishes made as every Mantuan's grandmother would make them. Everything, and I repeat everything was really good and with the real flavours, which you recognize in what is homemade. Pumpkin tortelli (with butter) to remember, capeletti, ribs, zabaglione and even nocino. Everything promoted. If you don't have to impress your girlfriend with a trendy place and you don't care about appreciations... try it. Damn, that's good, well done to the lady, we'll see you again soon!

We stopped at this restaurant to try the ravioli with pumpkin filling. The atmosphere is familiar, the food is excellent and the service is very fast.We appreciated everything: from the first course (both the ravioli and the tagliatelle with ragù) to the cotechino, excellent with mustard. The house Lambrusco is also good. The price was really honest: we spent around 40 euros for two with two first courses, a second course, a bottle of house Lambrusco and coffee.Really recommended.

Excellent trattoria with typical and abundant dishes. Excellent wines and truly delicious sweet mustard. Really super affordable prices: 1 plate of lasagna with meat sauce, roast veal and salad, 3 liters of water, 1/2 liter of white wine, 1 glass of Lambrusco, sweet mustard with Grana Padano flakes, 2 straight coffees, 1 “Helvetia” dessert for only 40.-. Fast and friendly service from the owner of the place.

A little bit difficult to reach but if you do they offer delicious traditional dishes and homemade liquors. If you mnage try the Limoncino and Arancino!

Simple but familiar environment right from the welcome at the entrance. If you go to the Mantova Village Outlet you must stop in this delicious place where you will find a cuisine that has stood still in time. Pumpkin tortelli and ricotta ravioli make up the lion's share! Since we went on the first day of autumn, we didn't miss out on an excellent cotechino (large slices) with purée. The cured meats and parmesan with old-fashioned mustard are also delicious. Next time we'll go with ribs and rabbit. Last but not least, pear and chocolate tart and nougat semifreddo and the bill? Don't worry, that was sweet too.Highly recommended!
